As expected for fast food. This particular store on winderly place is often crowded and out of things, but the staff is nice.

This comes after a couple of visits because bad days can happen. Every visit has been a mess. Today, I should have taken it as a warning when the car ahead of me (approx 1:05pm) hastily pulled away from the speaker in the drive through line and out of the parking lot. Sure, there were 4 cars ahead, but Arby's takes time, so maybe they had to get back to work.
After pulling up and waiting a minute or 2 to no greeting, I said "hello." A male voice curtly assured me they'd be with me in a moment. That was fine, expected. I sat, listened to the radio, and wondered if the electrical tape holding up the signs was strong enough to ensure the side-wings wouldn't crash therough my windshield in today's brisk wind.
After 3 cars pulled through in the line ahead of me, I told the speaker that I was still there. He very snappishly said "I know; we have an order ahead of you." No apologies, no "sorry we're short staffed today," just a rude tone that was enough for me to know that wherever I ordered would be some slapped-together mess, which, to be fair, has been what this location has sold me before.
I tried. I hoped different times of day would mean different results. This location is just uniformly bad.

Very nasty attitude management they messed up my whole order covered my sandwich in red ranch and onions meat was very cold they told me there was nothing they could do about it they couldn’t give me a refund or remake my sandwich I was just stuck with what I had
We REALLY like the Arby's roast beef, added lettuce and tomato; I like to use the Arby's sauce, my husband uses the Horsey sauce.
We also bought the curly fries, which were so delicious this time, we bought another order worth....rang the bell as we left!

Bourbon brisket sandwich was delicious I will definitely do that again. Classic roast beef good as it always is. Service was very slow and interrupted twice while taking our order. The staff were trying hard, but it appeared they were understaffed for the amount of business they were handling.

Worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. This place is usually great, but not yesterday! I took my grandsons there for dinner. The girl at the counter was fine, and their kids meals were fine, as usual. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich meal. After I got the boys eating, I unwrap my sandwich and see it is basically a BLT-with mayo. I don’t even think they have a BLT on the menu, but that’s not what I ordered, regardless. I took it back up to get it corrected. No foul, it happens, it’s weekday dinner time, etc. A young man took it to the back, and brought it back to me , supposedly “fixed.” (Pretty certain you can’t take food back, then return it, but maybe I’m wrong…) I return to my seat, open it up, and discover they simply added a slice of cheese. I go back up, and again say, I still don’t have any turkey on my turkey sandwich.” I am met with looks of utter confusion. Did I mention the original girl at the counter (very nice and pleasant-I feel sorry for her to have to work there) is about the only employee that doesn’t reek of weed? As they are trying to crack the code of how to add turkey to a turkey sandwich, I ask, “is there an adult here, a manager, perhaps?” At this point, one young man finally looks up from his phone and triumphantly states: “I’m an adult, and I’m the manager.” I explain the situation to the lad, and finally get turkey on my turkey sandwich-without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience, what can I do for you, etc.
Granted, first world problems, but the sloth, apathy, stench of weed, and the fact that I’m keeping an eye on a 2 and 4 year old made it that much more frustrating. Arby’s, do better.

We were told there would be a 20 minute wait for roast beef, so we ordered chicken wraps and gyros instead. We STILL had to wait for the 20 pickup orders ahead of us to be filled before we got our food. It was a 20 minute wait we could have done without. We could not get employee attention by waving, tapping on the window, or honking. Finally, one came near the window to put someone else's order there and we were able to flag her down. The employee was condescending and did not refund our money, so we waited.
If I could give 0 stars for service, I would.
0 stars. Do not recommend.

1. Train employees to fill orders in a timely manner. If I had ordered a drink only, would I have still had to wait for the roast beef to heat up?
2. Train employees how to communicate with customers. "Sorry for the delay. We'll have your order out in a moment.". "You will be waiting while we prepare all the pickup orders before we get to yours. Do you still want to order?". "I understand that you need to go. Can I offer you a refund so you don't have to wait any longer?"
3. Previous comments show this is an ongoing issue. Pat responses do nothing to assure future customers that their concerns will actually be addressed.
