Thankfully, I'm a patient person so I didn't mind the long wait as they were busy! The food was fine once I got it, but the workers were verbally fighting with each other.
I just had a wonderful experience here! I was greeted by multiple people when I walked in. There were three people at the line ready to serve me and everyone was very friendly. Definitely some good stuff going on at this Chipotle!
I arrived a few mins early for my pickup order in the drive thru. Few minutes as in 5 minutes prior to promised time. Was asked to pull around at exactly the pickup time. No problem. I immediately get back in the line and waited 20 minutes to get to the front again. The food was cold, rice was not cooked all the way through and portion sizes do not reflect what I have seen as normal compared to other locations. Safe to say I'll stick to my regular locations and pay more...
