The food is consistently praised as terrific and excellent, with customers enjoying the country fried steak, meatloaf and dumplings platter, and the new delicious catfish sandwich. While the service can be slow during busy times and some feel left to fend for themselves, the staff is also incredibly attentive and wonderful, with servers like Holly and Andreia providing excellent service. Customers also appreciate the on-site retail items, though some suggest the lighting could be improved for reading.
