Cracker Barrel has really gone downhill. The change of the menu is horrible...sent my food back & just ate the biscuits which were Not fresh! They are also skimpy on the mimosas. You use to receive a glass plus your leftover champagne to at least get 2 small glasses worth. I told the waitress I will never frequent another Crackle Barrel So disappointing!

Chicken was overcooked. And they didn't let me use my $10 off if I spent over $50.

The dinner was pleasant just felt we were left to fend for ourselves. We didn't even get a refill on our drinks. The waitress was nice when she did come to take our orders but then didn't come much to check on us or to see if we wanted anything else.

I came specifically for Hydrox cookies, and there were none.

We have always eaten here, 2 days ago we picked up dinner from there, I knew as I was eating a piece of chicken something was off. My partner and I have been using the bathroom like crazy and I was vomiting last night. We hadn't eaten anything prior and I have only had a can of chicken noodle soup since. Not going back there to eat at all. Scared to!

I was upset that you no longer serve ham. That was my go to. The side of thinly sliced ham was over cooked and dry and it is $10.00. My meal cost $19.00 for a side of ham and 2 vegetable sides. I drank water. Way to expensive for me.

We visited on a Sunday morning where there was a 30min wait. We checked in via the app and were seated in just under the 30 minutes. Our waitress was delightful, efficient and fun! We had our meals quickly and it was all delicious! Kudos to the Manager Michael!!

I love the breakfast food here. I have not been disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!
The waitress (Asanti) took our order, and then seated four tables around our table, and took their orders well after ours. No problem, until every table around my family and I began to watch those tables get their food. My wife looks at me, and said, "Did we miss something?"
I finally get the managers attention, and he goes back to check on our order, and comes back 20 secs later... Lo and behold, she never put the order in, and casually kept serving other tables, after finding out from the manager. But more importantly, she never even came to check on our table, and never even offered an apology.
The manager offered to pay for the meal and still bring the food out, but after sitting there for 45 mins, I abruptly shot that down. No way was i gonna sit there any longer, especially after knowing she was still going to be our server. No thanks, as you'll never get the opportunity to "taint" my food, due to your negligence.
Won't be returning for the sequel...

On this visit, we were seated and noone came to our table. There were 2 servers that kept going by but never stopped. After over 15 minutes I went to the person that seated us and she wanted to know what section we were in. She went back to that section with me and proceded to advise one of the servers that we were in their section. He we took our order. We noticed all of the other people around us were not happy either. We got our food but noticed other people that were there before us didn't have their food yet. Never saw a manager come to anyone. Overall experience was bad!
