Horrible experience. Went to this Cracker Barrel for Mother's Day breakfast. According to the website, wait time was an hour and so we checked in online. Got to the restaurant and checked in - wait time was an hour. Okay. Not a big deal, that's how some restaurants handle their online check-in. Waited the predicted hour, went to request a status update and found out they lost our place in line again. Promised "priority seating" and was told it would be a half hour. Checked again after a half hour and after the hostess started scrolling through the list, she told us to go ahead and go on up. That was the point we really should have cut our losses. Forever to order, forever to get our food. Most of the food was cold and inedible when we finally got it. Told the manager and his response was that everyone was waiting two-three hours. He did remove from the bill what we couldn't eat. Good to get a reminder why I don't normally come here. Next time family comes in from out of town, we'll have them pick a different favorite restaurant.

This review is for Mother's Day 2024. We anticipated a longer than normal wait so we made a reservation. The wait time was supposed to be about an hour. After an hour, we checked the status and were told the reservation was gone. They put us back on the waiting list and said it would be about 30 minutes. It ended up being another hour. Once we were seated and our orders taken, it was about 45 minutes until our food was brought out and it was cold. So after nearly three hours we talked to the manager who did discount the meals. We really tried to be patient, but this was ridiculous. If you can't serve the customers who are currently sitting in the dining area, stop seating more people so the cooks and wait staff have a chance to catch up. I really felt bad for the wait staff who I'm sure had to deal with some very upset customers. I will be back at some point but not for any special days like Mother's Day. This is not a good way to make them feel special.

The food was bland, just plain awful. Salt and pepper didn't even help. I was expecting so much better. I was very disappointed.

The food was great and we had the absolute best service. Tracie was sweet, funny and efficient. They were busy and she had a lot of customers but she took great care of us. She had just enough sass to make us want to visit again and ask for her to wait on us.

I would give you a 5 star. The only issue I had was our waitress. We didn't see her much at all. She was never really around. She only got our order then after that only check on us once and then we didn't see her again tell it was time to leave. Don't get me wrong she was very friendly and nice to us. I do understand she had more then one table. But she check on the other tables a lot more then she did ours. The food was amazing. Fresh and delicious. Everything else was amazing as well. We had a movie to make it to and we was almost late due to it getting late. But other then that I was very happy with everything else. Everyone else was very friendly and nice

We had a waitress named Pam at the Pickerington Ohio location. Pam was amazing and so attentive! I will ask for her the next time we are there. We love the food and atmosphere and it’s always crowded but Pam assured us there was a bit of a wait. Our food arrived hot and when we wanted something else she didn’t huff and puff with an attitude. Thank you Pam for having us and we will be back
