Let me start off by saying we LOVE Firehouse subs & we go there quite a bit after games. However, my last 2 trips there have been disappointing. Tonight takes the cake, though. I ordered a Mac & Cheese side that I picked up 5 min after I ordered it & not only was the cup only half full, it was ice cold. There were 3 staff on, customers eating in the restaurant and I couldn’t get the attention of 2 of the staff no matter how many times I said excuse me because they were hugging...read full review
