“I have ordered from this place online a few times and it's been amazing. So I tried going in and ordering. Literally got there soon as they opened, like they were even fully up and running yet. However, they still greeted me, gave me a menu since their tv's weren't on and took my order with complete accuracy. My order arrived promptly and it was tasty. Just as anything else is here... Definitely a go to dining spot if you're looking for great Greek food.“

“Up front, this is hands down the absolute BEST gyros I’ve ever had. Never had I considered putting salmon in a gyro, but after eating here it’s all I’m going to want! I equated eating here to if the only taco you had ever had was from Taco Bell and the only Burger was from McDonald’s. Then you go really nice tacoria or burger spot where the food is made love and soul. I thought I had had a gyro before, but what I’ve had was only a cheap imitation. And I like gyros! But I LOVE these.The gyros come in absolutely massive sizes. The fires are fantastic (like everyone’s favorite fair fries, but available year round!) as are the soups. Both the lemonades and teas taste fresh and house made.I got to talk with the owner for awhile in my last visit; very down to earth, humble, passionate, and, as if this writing, has been in the business for over 30 years! A man perfecting his craft and still finding ways to make it better.This is my new favorite Greek spot in Columbus. “Loved the fast, friendly, funny and graceful host without a doubt a spot to get some fat eats in ? My big Fat Greek sandwich has me feeling blessed and educated on why this place is "The Mad Greek" because I know I'm going to have to pop the button on my pants after this huge sandwich? ... For Greek food the prices weren't bad there was a nice bar and area for seating inside with a atmosphere that is comfortable and clean. “Today was my first time and it truly caught me by surprise!Went in around 1 o clock expecting a huge line due to it being lunch time but we were the first ones to order & everything was presented & displayed so easily to choose from.There definitely needs to be more of these spread around the city! 10/10 recommended“

“Best gyro in town. I've been coming here for over 15 years. I won't go anywhere else for a gyro. They are friendly even under the busiest of times. They make you feel like family. Food is always made to perfection. In all these years never got a wrong order. I always get a chicken gyro with black olives added and they manage to make it feel like the first time every time. Delicious to the last bite.“

“Is it the best Greek I've ever had? No, but they have a drive thru and serve you at fast food speeds. I review the quality of food based on the context of the restaurant/price point. As a fast food restaurant, Gyro City is really good. I often will stop in for a side of their tzatziki sauce to use at home when I make gyros. Their Greek fries are great and service has been overall good. When I first got my dog a couple of years ago, she went ballistic when I stopped in the drive thru. Broke out of her harness and was in my lap. The manager without being asked handed me a container with some chicken. My dog was angel the whole way home. I will say their baklava was a miss for me, but I'm picky about baklava.“

“? Hidden Gem Alert ? Best gyro in town! Hospitality was on point from the time we walked in, to our food being ordered & served, to the good bye out the door! They offer indoor and outdoor seating! We tried the classic gyros the meat was tender the lettuce was crisp along with the tomatoes and red onions, the banana peppers were so fresh. Perfectly melded together with fresh feta & the perfectly blended house made gyro sauce! Very delicious! Their seasoned fries were good with gyro sauce as well! And you can't forget to try a piece of bakalava! Looking forward to my next visit to try the shawarma!! A must try if you have not yet tried!“
