The food is always fresh!! The chicken can use some seasoning and they may want to try different fries due to them being soggy. Their bread is amazing as well as their Cane’s sauce. The customer service is not bad just okay. They are good about getting the drive thru line out quickly.

I've heard people rave about this chain but I was unfortunately not very impressed with the quality of the chicken or it's batter. The signature sauce is good but the lack of other options was a serious letdown for anyone that likes variety. Worse, one of three meals we had ordered for pickup was missing requiring a return trip.

Food is absolutely incredible. Limited variety but what they do they absolutely crush. The cane sauce is by and far away the best chicken finger sauce on the market service always incredible. Despite you know hiring people at minimum or near minimum wage incomes for them. It's outside of the management roles and quite frankly gives a lot of youth an opportunity as well as people that are struggling service just cannot speak enough about how incredible it is atmosphere. You know it's a chain restaurant with a unique flair not over the top. Not incredibly unique because it is a chain but still pretty appealing.

Food was fine employees refused to give a refill couple minutes after closing despite customers still on building and then dumped it all out anyways.
The chicken is always fresh and the service usually is spot on I love this place! The food is always Worth the price.
