“The quality of the food is always good, and the manager, Morgan Bethal, is possibly one of the best managers i’ve ever had. She will work with her employees to make sure the succeed working here and she is very kind very professional and greets customers kindly.For those of you who do not understand though, after 9:30, we have to take out scoops and laddels, its not as simple as put it back in because that is one more dish that the closer of the store has to do, and we already have alot of things we need to do before close, so before writing a negative review because you didn’t get what you want, read this review and try to understand that food workers are people too, who just wanna get their job done go home and EAT.

“I was just to say how awesome most of the staff are. The one chick was super awesome. My food was hot and fresh and made right. There was incident with one of your workers. Older chick, she closes, and long hair wears it in a pony tail. She caused a huge scene and really made me not want to stay and eat. Actually she made me want to ask for my money back. Because she was yelling in a whinny voice and really acting like a 4 year old. She accused some people of talking down to her when they was just trying to help. The one guy, Zeke, surprised me with his stance and response during the issue. The way he help his composition and remained calm was amazing. He stayed working like trying to defuse the issue. I think the way he responded made her upset, as she didn't get the response from him she wanted. And literally left in the middle of her shift. Good! MCDONALDS DOESNT NEED EMPLOYEES LIKE HER.“

“It's a subway the kid behind the counter was on it there was no line it was like 2 but it's also West Unity so is the line really ever long? I don't know just asking I guess anyway I don't really like subway but it's what was avaliable and it was good so ehh. Not sure what we will do on our next trip on the Wabash Cannonball trail but this was our last stop walked here from county rd 17 (it's about 3.2 miles the next leg looks like 6.6 might have to find a break pont)“

“On my visit today, I was greeted by the young lady working; the store was clean, the line was clean and orderly, and the food was fresh. Victoria made us some great sandwiches as well, making the vist awesome overall. Keep up the good work!“
