I've been going to this subway regularly and over the last several months it has really improved. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is prepared super fast. They even remember my name and order and make it without me having to say anything. Maybe some of the lesser reviews are from previous experiences in the past but I have had no issues at all here.

While I normally have a good experience.... twice the people were asked behind me what they want before I finished my family's order. After the 2nd time the people behind me were asked, I didn't even bother with my own order. I'm glad my family got their food. However.... this was incredibly rude. Not only did they miss another order, which would be mine, I will never be back. I will go to another subway if we need.

Don’t ever order online, they’ll just take your money and then stare at you like you’re stupid when they “don’t have you order” even after you showed them proof that you paid. Thank you for wasting my lunch time.

we were just there , they didn’t ask for the meat and I’m allergic to pork and once I was halfway through eating my sandwich I had realized there was pork in there. This was absolutely disgusting do not go back .

Give cashier coupon he says we don’t take coupons but took mine and did not apply it to the order, then he got my sandwich made wrong after me repeating several times how I wanted it, I said no black olives but he put them on my sandwich anyway. Try hiring Americans so they can understand what we order!!! Never go back here service was horrible and sandwich was wrong!! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

The subway is average as in the food. The service is pretty good. The staff seem friendly, which helps offset the quality of food. I have notice that each Subway is somewhat different. You would think it would all taste the same but I have been to many from all over Ohio. I would have to say it really depends on the quality of equipment and staff running the place. Cleanliness is important to me. I would rate that 6 out of 10 from what I could see. The atmosphere is a gas station. So it is a little more open than a normal Subway. Which I kind of liked because it feels more lively.
Overall, it is not terrible and the service was not terrible by any means. If you are traveling and head in this direction and have a craving for a sub, it's not a bad option.
Parking: Not a lot of spots but it is a gas station so parking comes and goes. Most of the time there is parking.
Disappointed, ordered online for pickup, payed for 50% more meat, didn't get that, ordered parmesan cheese, no cheese at all on sandwich, all around good food but I payed extra for them things I would like to get them, will not be going back to this subway, sad.

It was not the best but it was not the worst. I came in around 1pm the other day and there was only one person in line, I stood there for about 10 minutes and still didn't get helped so I ended up leaving (so I could actually get something to eat so I could get back to my job !!). I came back after i was done with work because I was really looking forward to having a chopped salad. Ended up getting there and they don't even do chopped salads anymore. So I went for a steak egg and cheese 6 in and they would not serve it to me because they stop serving breakfast at 11 (not one other subway I went to has ever denied me a steak egg and cheese 6in breakfast sub) then I had to repeat myself with my topping multiple times ( pretty sure if the kid would take his headphones out of his ears he might hear me) but that's just my professional opinion ?♂️ and then when I actually got my sub and took a couple bites it tasted like either the lettuce or spinach was kind of bad I had an off taste to it.

Nice Subway inside a gas convenience store. Easy access just off Rt 42 and plenty of parking. There is a small dining area available to eat in. Restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Prompt service and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. And easy to grab any other convenience items (milk, bread, etc) in the attached store before you head out.
