Donatos Pizza is a relatively new location with a fresh and nice interior. The staff is consistently described as amazing, friendly, and creating good vibes, with no one slacking off. Service is excellent, with a super easy pickup window. The pizza is praised as fresh, hot, delicious, and made perfectly well. Specific meals like the mariachi chicken and pepperoni are noted as tasting fantastic. Customers feel the restaurant is a cut above other pizza joints and predict it will stand out in the area. Many state they will not go anywhere else now and highly recommend this particular Plain City location.
