I walked in and it took multiple minutes for me and my wife to get our order taken. Since my wife is Muslim, she cannot have bacon. I ordered her sandwich without bacon. The made the sandwich wrong three different times with bacon before they got it right. Awful store.

Take care of your in-shops before the drive through!!! We took the time to come inside. I heard “hello welcome to Tim Hortins” from them 7 times to help drive through before helping me and the other 2 people in the lobby. They were busy but I spent 15 minutes waiting on a sandwich a donut and a coffee. Sandwich was cold and had egg on it when I asked for no egg.

This is the worst Tims I have experienced in Columbus area. They messed up my orders twice. I had a 20 pack Timbites for my kids ordered on my mobile app, it charged me and showed available, they are out of it when I drive through to pick. They did not refund me or anything. Second time I were there the manager I was not even wanna give my kids water, we paid food and coffee there. My kids just wanna some water

Awful location. Frequently out of donuts in the middle of the day and horrible customer service. Visited Sunday afternoon and their front door was locked with a sign saying the lobby was closed Saturday. Avoid this location. Management and employees clearly don't care.

This Tim Hortons use to get your order right and never mess up on drinks this is the second time they can't give me the correct drink, I order a mocha iced coffee (large) three creams and three sugars, and was charged for that and ended up getting a hot drink who knows what it is. Then I got back through the drive thru this was right before work and when I did I got the response that is what I ordered and I said no it wasn't and they were going to make me pay for another drink, I don't know why they can't get the drinks correct like I want what I order not someone else's drink and then make me repay for the same drink that I already bought.I should at least get a free drink for their mess up or my money back.Great customer service Tim Hortons!

Wasted my whole lunch break in the line. Parking lot so tight I couldn’t even leave if I wanted to. Don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what but simply ridiculous.

The food and service was ok, but i have never seen a dirtier restaurant. Every surface was covered in dirt and grime. There were no napkins in the dispenser and when asked, the worker only gave me three napkins for two people (one of which was a 7 year old). Will not be back.

They do not open at 5AM or even close to it. I try to get coffee at 6AM and the people inside just ignore you. Terrible service. Do not turn the menu on if you are not open. Pretty simple.
