This is the worst Tims I have experienced in Columbus area. They messed up my orders twice. I had a 20 pack Timbites for my kids ordered on my mobile app, it charged me and showed available, they are out of it when I drive through to pick. They did not refund me or anything. Second time I were there the manager I was not even wanna give my kids water, we paid food and coffee there. My kids just wanna some water
Extremely rude people who really don't care. How you out of bacon when they literally microwave that stuff? Majority of the time they're just drinks or aren't even open. But never have a sign up to indicate

Take care of your in-shops before the drive through!!! We took the time to come inside. I heard “hello welcome to Tim Hortins” from them 7 times to help drive through before helping me and the other 2 people in the lobby. They were busy but I spent 15 minutes waiting on a sandwich a donut and a coffee. Sandwich was cold and had egg on it when I asked for no egg.
