“I really hate not giving this a 5 out of 5. Only reason there was an accident with my meal in the kitchen. The manager came out with my husband's dinner and explained that my meal was knocked on the floor. She explained it would be a few minutes but the would bring my sides out. I didn't complain but the waitress couldn't apologize enough. I said it was okay. All in all my food was great. We got pie to go and they took 50% off my meal and the pies were free. They made it right and I didn't have to complain. This is one of my favorite places to eat and it was an early birthday meal. Keep on doing right by your customers, I know I appreciate it.“

“It’s our first time. We ordered the scampi and T-bone steak. Asked for med-well came out med-rare, the supervisor checked on it and fix it right away.Scampi pasta was missing the parmesan and thought it’ll be good with it. They gave us sauce, but it didn’t change the taste, all we taste was oily and saltiness.T-bone steak tasted good after got fixed.The strawberry lemonade was way too sour..My favorite part was unlimited salad.“

“We were visiting Byesville last Friday and came across the delightful Marlenes Restaurant. So friendly and the food was great. Just had to tip my hat to the gang there. Having left in 1961 we were reminiscing about that location of Bachman's Bakery and the waitress brought us a wonderful picture of the bakery from that era. Sweet!“
