This great little restaurant on the west side of catawba island is often forgot about in the shadow of some of the newer glitzier more upscale restaurants... This is a terrific local, great place to eat at.People often forget about and should not ever... It is always very clean.The food is always prepared well.The wine selection is terrific and the servers are always friendly and helpful
Arrived for dinner at 6:30 pm. Party of 8. Took over 30 minutes to get our order, and then an hour before our food arrived. Parties were seated long after us, and they were served food before us. I have never waited this long for a meal. Cook time should be no longer than 15 minutes.
We had a Christmas party in the side room for 40 people. The Christmas atmosphere was festive and beautiful. The food was served buffet style and would have been a great meal but it was delayed for 20 minutes until the buffet line was opened. The food was a little dry from the delay but it tasted good. Service was prompt and courteous. Since we arrived during Happy Hour, our wine was priced at a discount.
