When I went to order at the speaker and ordered the cashier was rude about the coupons I had for Chicken sandwich meal, French dip Meal and mozzarella sticks. And when going to the window she had me pull up ahead to wait for the fries I was even given a rude look and attitude when receiving my meal from another worker. And to top it all when I got home food was cold and messy and didn't even receive my mozzarella sticks, I ordered. if this is how they do business then I'm going somewhere else.

Have had the turkey special sandwich at other Arbys...excellent. Got 2 today at this location. Not the nicest of cashier...sandwich was literally thrown together with an end piece tomato, skimpy lettuce. We have visited there in the past with no issues. Of course the current employees have alot to be desired. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Today was a whole vibe and great customer service experience. The workers were very friendly specifically RavYn C, Brittany W (general manager) and Eric R. They all provided 10/10 customer service and went the extra mile to make sure our food was fresh and hot! They deserve recognition/raise!

I sat at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes no one would respond, I pulled up to the window because traffic was backing up, and the old lady working the window (who is very rude every time I see her) told me I had to no back around and get in the back of the line because “she didn’t hear the beeper go off”. And if you ever get your order from this woman don’t bother trying to get extra sauce.

We love Arby's when we're on the go. Drive thru order was received to perfection which is rare these days for fast food.

This was a primo store back in the day. Last few times I have gone it was hit or miss. Potato cakes I got were definitely past the hold time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but then the next time they were stuck together and still cold in the middle. They did cook my chicken to order which was good but that was 1 out of 4 visits. It’s a shame honestly. :(

4/5 as the food took a while, order wasn't that complicated. They served our Milkshakes right away, which meant they melted while I waited. I still had to get them home for the others to drink. The roast beef sandwiches really didn't seem warm.
