The food was cold, the fries, the sandwiches, all cold. They gave us old stock, not fresh.

Everything we ordered was cold! Ordered a roast beef sandwich without the bun and they put it in a Styrofoam container with lettuce. When I explained to them that it was just suppose to be meat only the lady stated when you order without a bun that is how it comes. She then proceeds to pick up the meat and brush off the shredded lettuce and put the meat into another container. The condiments dispenser was totally out of everything. I would NEVER eat at this location ever again! A total waste of $50.56. Whoever the lady was she was signed in as Michael on the receipt.

Placed a mobile order online and sandwich was almost completely pink on the inside I ordered the cheesy burger… and they also gave me cold stale fries not curly or warm

If you’re not going to be open at the time At 6 AM and then try changing the time at your restaurant and on your website. This is such a pathetic place anymore Filled with pathetic workers

We are local stopped going a few years ago because of. Poor service but took a chance tonight and everything was wonderful. If there's New Management or a new crew, good job to all.
What a horrible experience 😑my husband brought me food for lunch here, spent 47.00 fries were rock hard& Cold, chicken strips were cold and hard, beef n cheddar sandwich had a dab of cheese and the sandwich was cold , and the roast beef has been tasting off lately? Sometimes it’s too thick and dry, tonight it was cut thicker and ok but the taste was not there? & cold Idk …

4 employees plus a manager and waited a half hour just to get our order taken. Now waiting on food. Listening to manager angrily snap at workers because they were not taking correct food off line. Workers we're slower than molasses on a cold day so I don't blame her. They locked the door and refused any more people to come in and then the two guys behind me they were going to cut off and not let them place their order until they got caught up. I told the manager with all due respect please take the men that were in line order and then stop taking orders and she did. Not sure who to blame but they need to retrain their workers or get better people in here. Manager was having to cook everything alone and the workers were STILL not keeping up. 😒

UPDATE: I just received the same old cookie cutter reply like everyone else has received after a complaint. Listen, when prices go up and quality goes down that’s a HUGE problem. I’m sure you’re already experiencing a decline in customers since prices have gone crazy. The point is DO BETTER FRANCHISE HOLDER! DONT use the name if you can’t walk the walk and just hope it’s not worth someone’s time to return for a refund or review your location online. People can’t afford food at the grocery store these days let alone a special treat of getting fast food. So $26.18 for 2 cold meals is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Since it’s been 2 days and I already spent enough time and filled out the info requested to get this far, I’m not doing it again. I have just learned to not risk it anymore and will choose one of the other MULTIPLE options available to me here in Marblehead that I’ve had no issues with in the past. As this wasn’t the first BUT will be the last. Some people do not have $26.18 in their budget per week or even month to spend on fast food. BE GRATEFUL you have a business and enforce some QUALITY in what you sell!
Literally just had THE MOST UNSATISFYING $26.18 MEAL EVER.
EVERYTHING is cold. For $26 you’d think they’d at least make sure it’s warm when they give it to you. I live 5 mins from here and literally considered Taco Bell instead but ultimately chose Arby’s. Big mistake. I tried calling and of course there was no answer. I waited 15 mins in the drive through for it as well so I was completely shocked at how cold everything was. Not even lukewarm.

Whoever the lady that was running the window yesterday was one of the most rude disrespectful person I have dealt with in a long time. She had a very bad attitude and when my wife and I thanked her she smirked and just gave us the death stare look! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but don’t take your frustration out on paying customers. She worked on Saturday August 9th. She needs an attitude adjustment from her higher. She was so full of hate like we ruined her day because we ordered lunch. If she would have had a name tag on I would have blasted her name all over this but she m are sure if she did have it on we couldn’t see it then slammed the window in our face’s.
