Don't use walk up window in the mornings. They will prioritize drive through first. Regardless of there being a new person. Staff yourself properly for training to avoid a cluster.

Drive thru takes 45 minutes for maybe 4 cars!?!? Service was taking walk up orders first, within less than 5 minutes. Food is good, but WAIT IS TERRIBLE not that good to come back for. Posted my review before I even completed my trip.

So fast and friendly, no matter how many cars are lined up, they always have your stuff ready quicker than the line lóoks like it should. Best coffee in the port Clinton area and don't forget to add a shot of espresso to it!
The speed of drive thru service is very slow on the weekend during tourist season. They cater to walk ups before drive thru by a long shot - sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me, not moving at all, while people came left in 5 mins at the walk up window.

Terrible experience! Visiting from out of town and sat in the drive through over 20 minutes while we watched over 10 people get served at the walk up - who came after us. Most coffee shops will serve the customer who was there first and drive thru typically gets priority due to time constraints of the customer. Not here. Literally got rid of all their best flavored coffees and went down to plain coffee. If you want to compete, you have to keep with the flavors that kept your business running Or at least that was the only reason I went there. These flavors set you apart from everyone else. How could you get rid of Michigan cherry and Coconut. They were your top two flavors. When I asked out of curiosity to the employees she stated the owners wanted to go all natural. Lol. You serve sugar drinks and junk food.
