I stop at every Big Boy I come across when I travel. This was the most friendly, but with a terrible waitress. Food was ok. I asked for extra pickle and mayo and didn't get it. Didn't get refills or extra napkins.

Like to say we tried the food but, after 50 min of waiting, and being told AFTER the 50 minute wait that they only had TWO tables we could be seated at and they were both full. We asked if we could br seated separately but they would not accommodate.

Food was really good and the service was very nice, however I dont think there wasn't an assigned waiter so there was a different one coming to check on us sometimes. Outside and inside looks very dated and could do with a makeover. But overall good food, so would come again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We were in the area for a short weekend trip and stopped by as most of the Big Boy's in our area have closed. The staff were rude when we were being sat, the bathroom was absolutely filthy, our waitress seemed inconvenienced by us and only brought us our food, my mashed potatoes had a 2 inch long HAIR in them. The cook has a full beard with no net. I wonder where the hair came from? The manager seemed unwilling to do anything. There were dead flies and cobwebs on the ledge by the window. I'm still gagging thinking about this entire experience. Should have walked out when I saw the bathroom. Lesson learned.
