The food and service is very good, but the bathroom stall needs some attention. If you're on the toilet, people in the dining room can look right in the stall because the gaps are so wide. A few metal or plastic strips could give so much more privacy.

I have to say it has nothing to do with service. But the vegetable soup was not it. That's all we wanted on a rainy cold day. I've had it many times at various locations and it has been consistent except for here. It was not good. Guy in the drive thru was polite and prompt. No offense to the staff. It just wasn't Frisch's taste we all know and love

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. I just took my out of state family there for dinner and literally 3 out of 4 entrees were served incorrectly. I spoke mannerly with our server in regards to the multiple missing items and asked to speak with their manager on duty. I was told that he was helping in the kitchen but would be out in a moment. The entire restaurant had only 5 tables with customers including our table. We ate what food we did receive and waited for the manager BRETT to address our issues with the entrées. He came out walked to salad bar n literally IGNORED us ( we were seated right across from the salad bar.) And went into back of restaurant. We had waited at least 15-20 min for BRETT to come speak with us but even as we were waiting at the counter to pay our bill HE CONTINUED to ignore the issues. So no resolution to the problem at all. Once we received the check it too was incorrect and we were charged for an entree that we didn't order nor receive. Of course we addressed that issue and the item was removed from the bill. The experience at this location was ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I most definitely will be contacting their corporate headquarters to address the situation. I do recommend this location to anyone

My brother & I came here to eat and I see why the majority of Big Boys are closed. On top of everything being extra average, we asked to sit by the water & they sat us anywhere. I wanted a blt cheese burger with no tomatoes. I got a burger with no bacon with a tomato. After they got it right, I was enjoying my sandwich until I saw somebody’s hair 🤢. Bro said “we out, I’m not even going to argue,” so I felt the need to leave this review of my Big Boys experience. 🚮

Great view of the Lake! Plenty of seating and cute memorabilia. Food was good for a Great price! Nice family style chill place. Too bad most are going out of business! Brooklyn was great!

Vinnie makes a mean grilled ham and cheese, and he always makes sure the fries are hot! Kelsey, the manager, is so sweet. She deserves a big pay raise.
Very clean and the food was great the only thing that could have been better was if the server would have asked if we wanted dessert before they gave us the bill

Ordered a farmer's omelet with NO ham, it had ham. The sausage I ordered in place of the ham was a barely hacked up sausage patty and the whole thing was overcooked, rubbery and not edible. The guy at the drive-thru window was very rude and dim-witted which I was willing to overlook as long as the food was good, but it was nasty. Whatever you do don't waste your money or time on the Port Clinton Frische's. Horrible experience.

Food was good not the service. When I paid the bill the cashier asked me how was everything. I said good food terrible service. She said "would you like some suckers to make up for it". Weird.
