This is one of my favorite grocery stores in the country. I am a truck driver so I see all of the grocery stores. This one is quaint and friendly. It has a local atmosphere. At the same time I can find everything I need to stock up my semi truck. The girls at the deli always fix me boars head sandwiches. And they are wonderful. They have one of the best florist I have ever seen. 🌹🌹🌹

I left my wallet at the Kroger in Port Clinton at a checkout counter yesterday. When I came back today to get it, nothing was missing and they refused a reward. She said it was their job to provide outstanding customer service. It was very much appreciated and I will remain a loyal Kroger customer!

This evening we accidentally left a bag at the self check out area. I called and spoke with Lindsey and she was very helpful but unfortunately a customer behind us took our items. The staff at Kroger could not have been nicer or more helpful. I will always shop at our PC Kroger!

pharmacy is a joke. waited over an hour and a half for a prescription my doc called in and they couldn't find it. not only that, but i call in refills, they say it's scheduled to be filled, then they don't f****** do it. worst service i've ever had.
