My boyfriend ordered pizza this Friday night around 10:30pm it was spoused to be delivered to sleepy hollow camp grounds in Port Clinton and not a show up I'm not happy right now

When you give a time for the order to be picked up & I give you extra time to complete the order, I shouldn't be told the order will take another 10 mins. Just say the order was neglected & never started. No cars outside. No customers. Phones aren't ringing. No excuse.

Well we have been trying to give Marco's PC the benefit of the doubt but last night was the last time. This was the 3rd straight order from them that has been wrong, cold or the food was bad (took one bite of the pizza, threw it out) and now I'm sick after eating it last night. Again either there's no delivery or it takes over an hour. When you order online, it says 30 minutes. JOKE. EXPECT about an hour and a half. This is on a Wednesday night. The food was HORRIBLE!!!! Such a disappointment when you spend $40. Pizza looked like it had been dropped and was cold and extremely greasy, subs were cold, and the one sub looked like an entire onion was thrown on it. I used to love Marco's. They were fast, food was hot and delicious but not anymore. An occasional mess up once in a while, ok, but this has now become the norm. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I waited to write a review because I usually have good service but after a few disappointments it's over due. My last order was placed around 5:30pm one evening and the tracker showed approximate delivery around 6:00pm. Waited until 6:20 and then called, nobody picked up after 15 minutes of waiting. Started driving to town around 6:35pm and passed the delivery driver. Should have went to Marcos storefront but did not, made a complaint and left phone number and email but did not receive any contact. My pizza was not fresh as it had sat for probably 25-30 minutes before delivery was initiated. This was the second time my deliveries were longer than an hour and almost all my orders I pay for extra sauce cups but rarely get. Will no longer support Marco's in Port Clinton!!!!

Ordered a deluxe pizza, boneless wings and a salad at about 7:45 pm. Used the online ordering. By 9 pm there was no update so we called to make sure they had our order. When they answered, I explained that I ordered online and wanted to make sure they received our order and what the status was. They hung up on me! Then I tried calling back and they wouldn’t answer! I waited until about 9:30 and tried calling again. This time someone else answered and said it went out with the delivery driver at 9 so it was on the way. The driver finally shoes up about 10:15. Our pizza box was smashed down flat, all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box and was obviously cold. The driver pretty much said oh well, they were busy. She said they would credit half our money back and she left. I paid with a credit card online and gave a $10 tip online. They never credited anything. We will never order anything from here again.

Oct. 11 2024 8:41pm ordered online 10:41pm still no food marcos refused to answer the call. My boyfriend drove there they refunded our money for long wait when we received our food it was so cold and disgusting and did not have our dipping sauces or thin crust. employees were standing around outside their delivery cars. the driver said she was the only driver and they were busy. This has happened a few times. poor management

We ordered 2 subs and some garlic parm boneless wings for a quick dinner. The wings were the right sauce but were bone in, the subs were made wrong and one was somehow cold even though it was supposed to be oven baked. The floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped in months! The one person making the food dropped the f bomb 6 times in the 30 minutes we had to stand and wait for food. 3 other workers walked outside and were smoking while we waited. This place is a joke and we damn sure are never coming back!

Pizza is usually hit or miss on the toppings depending who's cooking I'm guessing. All and all pizza is pretty good though

We hate to write a 3 star review but we order regularly and it's unfortunate that we are always disappointed. No matter how many times we specify sauces (garlic, pizza. Buffalo), they are always left out. Request a salad without onions and it arrives with onions.
The main food is usually stellar. We love Marco's. We just ask that you please pay attention to the details.

Pizza is dry hardly any pizza sauce on it. Same thing a couple week’s ago. Gonna have to find another pizza place. Marco’s was my favorite, not anymore. Also put Italian sausage when I ordered regular sausage.

They are very disorganized! While my order said ready online, it hadn’t even been made when I walked in. Was told 5 minutes, waited additional 40. Meanwhile, Half the crew was outside for a break and walked back in without washing their hands or putting on gloves. Gross! They are extremely rude to customers and each other.
