Listen, I know a pizza chain is a pizza chain ....however we LOVE Port Clinton Marcos! They're always so friendly, produce great food and are always so pleasant when we stop in! Last night we ordered cheesy breads and salads...forgot to have them remove olives from the salads (I'm picky I know) what seemed like was the manager refused to let me leave with the salad I didn't want and went herself to make me up a plain salad!I hope whoever that team member sees my THANK YOU!!! But, also THANK YOU to the rest of the team for always doing such a great job at this location!

Used a deal to get a large 1 topping for $9.99 and the total for delivery was $13.98 despite being $3.98 above $10 it said i couldn't order do to my delivery request being below $10. I mesn how greedy do you have to be to not allow a $14

There's a reason, we drive right past this Marcos location and drive another 20mi to the Marcos in Oak Harbor! I'm pretty sure we got someone else's pizza! When we picked it up, the pizza was already cold. The pizza was cold. But yet there were extra raw toppings just thrown on top?!? There was only sauce on less than half the pizza and it wasnt spread out evenly across the pizza. We only like "Wet" pizza, so had to throw out over halfvif it that was wasted! Just all around a very bad pizza! Did everyone forget how to make a pizza?!? I'm just sorry we didn't go all the way to the Oak Harbor location in the first place! They just seem to have their act together there, but confusion here. My Recommendation: keep driving right past this location if ur looking for a better pizza!

I am 37 years old and grew up loving not Marcos pizza but Port Clinton Marcos pizza! I been in the military for 17 years and all my people know when I make it home we will eat Marcos around 5 times.... well that was until my last visit.... I ordered my food in person and she wasn't able to finish the purchase so she called over, who I assume was the manager. The lady explained to the manager the issue. The manager asked me how I'd like to pay. As I answer the question she rudely interrupted me by over looking me to someone that just walked in and says to that person "you are a regular what was your order?" Then walked away to find it. I waited 5 minutes to call her out and she never came back up. My apologies that I'm overseas defending our country and I can't be a "regular"!!! I will never order from this place again. I walked to Saucey across the street and it was amazing!! Recommend 100% to support them!No thanks,Jon
Slow, undercooked pizza. Ordered two pizzas through website, promised for 7 pm. Sat in hotel lobby for 40 minutes waiting past that time, called several times. First time told pizza had left store already, shortly after got auto update through phone it was leaving then. Eventually came, driver said had gotten wrong address - noted correct hotel address on receipt attached to pizzas. Manager said can't control website promise time when they're running behind, and couldn't remove delivery charge as requested. Thick crust pizza was not cooked through, had raw dough in places. Won't order here again.
