This mornings crew at window need more training or new jobs, just terrible customer service. I’ve been to this location several times and normally greeted by friendly smiling people. So sad.

This McDonald's gets worse and worse, I don't understand why they're even still open they should replace this McDonald's with a different fast food, and keep the McDonald's on Catawba. Every time we come through here the order is messed up, they don't acknowledge people at the register, and there's a complete lack of personality and customer service. Simply crazy!

Every table was dirty. Stopped to grab a quick bite but wish we passed this location. men’s bathroom was completely horrifying. Pee all over on the floor, filthy, worst I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s.

Workers being rude to inside customers. Telling them they will get to them when they can or just flat out refusing to take a couples order. They told them they were paying cash and was told you can do it on the kiosk and pay up front. When I did my order on the kiosk it didnt give a number or a receipt. They were more worried about the drive thru. My daughter posted about the nasty bathrooms. I went into the men's to check it out since she's 34 weeks pregnant and had to go. The men's room was actually clean. First time, last time.

This place is pure chaos. They had 4 managers there and service was still awful. I placed my order on the kiosk and still had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to take my money.
We came here trying to watch fireworks and went to get dinner. Immediately when I go in I head to the bathroom cause I’m heavily pregnant. A worker past me and he stunk so bad of BO I gagged. Whatever. I get into the bathroom and the first stall the toilet is busted like someone kicked it and it was filled to the brim with toilet paper. So I go to the other stall. There was period blood covering the toilet and all over the floor with a pad on the floor. I go get a manager and he very rudely said “we’ve been busy all night” and walked away. I wasn’t expecting them to clean the bathroom I was expecting them to close it considering the blood is a biohazard. We were in there waiting on food for over 40 mins and they kept being very rude to customers who came inside, if you can’t do orders inside close the damn lobby. They forgot a bunch of food and we had to ask for our items 3-4x. I’m not usually the complaining type since I’ve worked at McDonald’s during holidays but this was absolutely RIDICULOUS. The pictures don’t even do it justice cause I was trying not to puke at how bad the bathroom was.

Unfortunately I will not longer visit this location due to multiple times visiting this location and receiving horrible service! No matter if there is 1 car or 15 in the driveway the wait is always long and every single time (which i visit often) im told to pull over to a parking spot and wait. I feel this is only to make their drive thru time way faster than it actually is. As well as upon visiting this location 80 percent of the time im told to wait to order only to have a car pull behind me who's order is taken immediately while im still waiting. Then when I try to speak up and say something about why cant you take my order now if your taking the cars order behind me who came after me I just get you need to wait. Horribly ran and managed location, I will only visit Catawba's mcdonalds because this one seems like the low life trash can of the 2 that are owned by the same owner and located in pc.
