This place has horrible customer service even the manager is pathetic. A few months ago, me and my family were coming back from East Harbour and we stopped to get lunch. We waited 30 minutes in line and then waited another 30 minutes inside after all that we ended up getting the wrong order. I called the same day and told them I wanted a refund and they told me they couldn’t , that they would mail me a gift card.. the gift card never came.. I’m not upset about that, I’m upset that your customer service was crap and you did not follow through with your word. I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again

Pulled up to the drive through (outside lane), and the person on the speaker yells use your mobile app. So it sit there for a bit and she yells again, use your mobile app. So i yell back i don't have one. She yell back what do you want. So i place my order, go to the first window and pay. The person that was there wasn't the one yelling on the speaker. Then i get to the second window and there she was. I didn't say anything to her. Got my order and left. Cold food and all. Won't be going back.
Stopped at noon today and waited about 10 mins in the drive thru line but the food was nice and hot and fresh. I have no issue waiting slightly longer if my food comes out this good!
