This McDonald's tends to miss the mark for basic service. Many times orders are received with incorrectly made items, more than once we were billed for items we didn't want, the drive thru constantly asks you to please pull ahead after you've paid and are waiting for your food (even with no one else in line!), and this location doesn't seem to participate in all the McDonald's nationally advertised deals. Better options for a quality experience exist in Port Clinton-the local Wendy's is exceptional for lunch hour.

Yesterday I ordered a Big Mac and they delivered it to me without meat, and today I ordered the same thing but it's like they don't put effort into the food or they don't know how to cook but the fast food at this McDonald's isn't very good.

Greasy food, more than the usual! Service, they have self serve ordering fill your own drinks, on and on. The cashier barely said Hi. Atmosphere? It's a McDonalds.

The person taking orders at the drive thru should not be dealing with the public. I do not appreciate the way she talked to me or the tone. I do not have to go to McDonald's, there are way to many choices to be treated like that and I did cancel my order and pull out of line. I also will uninstall my app. McDonald's is no longer a choice for me.
