This was the second time we ordered. The first time last summer was fresh, hot and delicious. Tonight I ordered on line, I arrived ten minutes early and was informed they had just put it on and it would be a few minutes. That took twenty minutes. Ok. I watched as one of my two dinners sat on the counter for well over ten minutes. The second dinner finally came off the grill line and was packaged up and I left. Took 6 minutes to get home and sit down to eat. My husband's shrimp dinner was room temperature. My chicken dinner was not even warm but so over cooked it was almost hard. Tough, dry and chewy and I couldn't even eat most of it. Salads and soup was good. Shrimp appetizers room temp. This meal was so disappointing.....

Food was ok ordered and got a time for pick up and had to wait 20 minutes longer than told. Our fried food was cold do to it sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes

We’ve been wanting to go here for some time. Today was the day and we are so happy we did. Sushi was amazing, service was excellent and sitting at the sushi bar we had great interaction with the chefs. We will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

I really wanted to love this place, because I miss Nagoya so much. I drove through the mess of construction just to get there. The food is not great. I had very dry chicken, soupy veggies and I’m not even sure what to say about the rice but it wasn’t good. They refused to do a to go order of sushi so I’m not sure how the sushi is. But that seems backwards, you have to order your hibachi meal to go but you have to dine in to get sushi. That’s kinda odd.

Cannot get sushi for takeout. I understand the limited hours and resteraunt design for the location, but man...why? If someone is there to order and pay, it is rotten that they can't box it up for folk that cannot eat there.
