Star Lanes at the Harbor

We had my son’s 10th Birthday party at Star Lanes today. This is a nice venue for a kids party, bowling, arcade, party room, and lazer tag. The kids had a blast. Bowling and arcade was awesome. Lazer tag had some issues, but overall it was a good party. I just wanted to give a special shout out to “Dre” who was phenomenal at making sure everything was wonderful. She was so cheerful and professional. Anytime I had a request or question, she immediately made us feel like number one priority. She was an amazing and I wish her the best of luck in her future college plans. It was so nice to chatting!

Had a great time, prices were very reasonable including food and drinks and the food was great! Staff was fun to chat with while we were at the counter. They do a really nice job up here! Stop in for a fun night full of things to do!

Gotten to know the staff over the years and can say they’re great! I appreciate every memory i’ve made here and the people i’ve met. Family friendly environment, glow bowling is amazing!!

Hosted my daughter's birthday party there today. The staff was helpful, the kids had fun, and I didn't have to clean my house, lol! However, I paid for a bowling pin for the birthday girl and I just realized we never got it for all the kids to sign.

The bartender was attentive and took the time to tell us about all the aspects of the business. During renovations a couple of years ago they added a room of electronic video games. They place is colorful and inviting.

Wish I was open during the day for adults

No one is ever there. Can never get anyone on the phone and the hours are just made up. Like the people in charge just open it whenever they want. Website says open at noon on Saturdays but the door is always locked and no cars I'm the parking lot. God forbid someone wants to take thier kids bowling and to an arcade before all the loud drunks come in. I use to come to this place three times a week for bowling and rock and bowl but now it just seems like opening up at a decent time is just too demanding for them.

I was there for my granddaughter's sectionals. Everyone was so nice. My granddaughter loved bowling there.

Me and my family had a lot of fun here. Great atmosphere and clean.

The lane we were on had to keep being reset. We had to keep asking the staff to go behind and retrieve balls. Probably spent half of our time there just farting around getting the lane to work like it's supposed to. Mentioned all these issues to staff on our way out and were completely ignored. Nice they care so much about customer experience!

We've been here a few times for birthday parties and have enjoyed it so much. The kids love all the activities that are available and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this place. Great bowling alley! I was really surprised at how nice and expensive this place was.
