After a long day of travel, my friend and I decided to stop to caffeinate with a large mtn dew and a chips and cheese snack. Now, we made sure to check the closing time before being our journey to … great it was 1 am and they did not close until 2am. We arrive to a rather busy Taco Bell at 1:15, I would say maybe 6 cars ahead of us. The line was moving at a decent pace, I will give them that. However, that is all I will give them because as we pull up to be the very next car to order a man comes to our car window at 1:40 shaking his fist aggressively. We, my friend and I made eye contact with this man but not knowing at the time he was a worker. He just kept shaking his fist looking irritated as he stormed back inside, this is when my friend and I realized he was a worker. We were unaware of what had just happened, but we pull forward to order our chips and cheese and drink. When we got to the window they said sorry we’re closed … it was 1:45 am they closed at 2am. I had mentioned that I understand but I thought they closed at 2 am and we had been waiting for 30 minutes. No one answered the speaker. The car in front of us had just ordered a $22 dollar order, which may have been stressful for them at the end of the night. But now we had just spent the last half hour waiting for our food too and now every other food chain will be closing in 15 minutes. The situation would have been different if handled in a more appropriate manner. But an angry man coming at us at 1:45 waving his arms was not that. I have provided a time stamp of when we ended up LEAVING THE LINE after trying to talk with the worker still not 2 am.

Am I being punked??? My family & I were already on the highway when i started to pass out the food in the car….this is what we were given for a $30 order!! I will be expecting a full refund when i contact corporate!

One of the worst Taco Bell's I have ever been to. Staff was rude and food made incorrectly. Given lots of attitude when tried to get correct items. Would not recommend this location.

Took forever, lady making the food kept skipping my order, then was told I didn’t order anything, had to show them proof, line cooks all had attitude, rude, cussing etc. Crazy thing was I was very patient and polite. No more Maumee tbell for me

They need help like last year. Store was dirty as it usually is they seem to do a lot of interviews and only have 2 people on shift, food is cold and poor quality. If there are people they're always outside smoking, vaping. Oh also don't apply the district manager makes false promise, example I'm Serv safe certificatified for food management all I wanted was crew not manager because I know their problem as soon as I walk in to this location. Your better off going anywhere but port Clinton Ohio for taco Bell I assure you it's worth the drive.

If you don’t throw up on the ferry, then you’re strong enough for this Bell.

Freshest & best tasting Taco Bell I've had. Kiosk to order but the associates were very friendly. This is right by the lake....be prepared to see Mayflies during the peak spring/summer seasons. Nice updated location and close to many Port Clinton/Catawba Island area items.
