They will definitely screw your order up every single time for sure no doubt about it. I'm done going here and they will never see another penny of mine. They actually owe me a lot of money for items I never received. I have complained to management and they do nothing to correct the issue. The place should be shut down and probably will be soon.

I mean it's Taco Bell. Average Taco Bell. Anyone complaining about the quality of fast food really needs to rethink their life choices.Normally orders are pretty accurate here. Today I got nachos belle grande and they were given to me without tomatoes and sour cream, but honestly, it is profoundly difficult to ruin nachos so not a big deal. Food's always hot and the staff is always nice, so still a positive experience.

Driving through town with family and decided to stop, very last minute choice. Don't usually eat at Taco Bell so we needed a minute with nobody behind us. We were at most 2 to 3 minutes and they asked if we need help finding something. We politely said no thank you we are about done we just needed a minute, we still had no one behind us. They said we maybe you should have knew what you want before you pulled up and laughed while saying it. I get it's annoying waiting for people to order but we were not there for long and we were not holding up any line, that was just rude.

Put a huge order in through the app, with tons of modificatons... Everything was perfect and correct, and with a short wait too! Never had a better taco bell experience.
I know everyone is short staffed I had a large order and the staff that was there took care of me fast and the the food was good.

I ordered a Mexican pizza with NO tomatoes, a chicken quesadilla, "fire sauce", and cinnamon twists. I checked the bag, and no sauce...I circled back around, ate a cinnamon twist while waiting for the car in front of me... and almost spit the cinnamon twist out. It tasted awful, like bad oil. I told the guy who says, something about the morning shift making those... I said, I hope my other food doesn't taste like that too.Sure enough, I get home and not only does my Mexican pizza have tomatoes on it, it tastes like the same bad oil! This isn't the first time I've had bad food at this "toxic hell" I mean Taco Bell. Unfortunately, there are slim pickings late night in Port Clinton... McDonalds it is next time.

This Taco Bell is Terrible! Just went there and asked for warm fries because we cannot eat them cold and they lied and said that they were hot and fresh and they were cold to then find out all of our order was completely wrong… Would highly recommend, just avoiding this place all together.
