One of the best little bars in Ottawa County! High Quality products and excellent craftsmanship on behalf of the bartenders. Excellent choices for non-drinkers such as myself as well!
I'm not sure how long the Gristmill has been open, but we just discovered it this past summer after having a place in PC for 6 years. We plan on making up for lost time. They have a cool location, make great drinks and have a very nice staff.
You know I had written this place off because the several times I went in the bartender I think Julie was her name. Long dark hair skinny girl. The drinks she made me were absolutely horrible! I understand she no longer works there because she had been cheating on her husband and her boyfriend or whatever was coming in and causing problems with customers. Anyways I went back in a couple weeks ago to hear miss kitty and the bartenders there made really great cocktails! Obviously...
