Belini Cucina Italian Restaurant

We got takeout i wanted to try this place for a while and like others I really wanted to like it but the food was overpriced and not good my pasta was crispy? Probably left it under the broiler too long and they didnt give us our salads that was supposed to come with it, she asked me on the phone when ordering what kind of dressing we wanted but we got neither salad nor dressing lol oh well. Also the portion size was just sad for the price

Great Italian restaurant in downtown Ptown.

All im saying is the Italian food is WAY better than the Mexican

This place was nice. The food was delicious. They were very busy cause of prom. The service we received was horrible. Not sure if the girl was new or what, but she had attitude. Kept giving my wife and daughter the stank eye. My wife had to return her food twice. My wife is very patient, the second time they couldnt simply leave the pesto off her plate she had to ask for the manager. Then the server had the nerve to stand at the bar talking to another employee about how rude my wife was. The manger addresses the issues and discounted our meal and removed one as well. A local couple assured us that this was not how things were usually done in this restaurant.

I got the gamberi scampi and it was nice. I've heard real Italian cooking isn't as garlic heavy as American Italian, and I think that reflects in this dish. The bread had a wonderfully light crispiness to the crust. I ended with the cannoli, which is my first time having it out of some display case. Wine and water helped wash everything down.

I liked the staff. My dinner was light and filling, which is nice as the weather warms up. I think it's a nice place for a date.

Food i give a 7 5 service was a 4.5 place wasn't busy but yet they stood by the bar and talked portion size I give a 3 its a place I would go to again but not very often
