Slower than a 7 year itch and the food is less than adequate anymore

Order a K12 Chicken Sandwich Combo tonight and when I got home the chicken was black and hard and I was Un able to eat so I called the store in Rosemount KFC and explain to the person I spoke with what happened and he asked me well what time did you order the sandwich and I told him around 930pm and he said well after a certain time of the day they stop making fresh chicken filet and what the filet that was in the cabinet wad probably old and I asked well how old was it and he said because they batter there chicken from scratch that they are allowed to keep it in the cabinet for up to 4 hours before they have to toss it and being a manager for 9 years at a fast food restaurant I've had all the food safety training and serve safe certified so I'm aware of all the policies that have to do with food. I took a pic of the sandwich and was going to post a pic with my review but it want let me so I'm turning this matter over to the health department to make them aware of what is going on so this doesn't happen to another customer. This will definitely be my last time at this store or any other KFC and I will make this incident known to as many people as I can

The most inconsistent place I've eaten in a long time. Sometimes they're on it sometimes they're not I don't know if it's a staff thing or what but they do not like when you use the app it is almost impossible to get your food that way and they do not carry all the things that the app says they carry. But it's KFC so when it's good it's good.

I always get the 5 piece chicken tender with 2 sides, biscuit and a drink. I don't know what Happen 2. the biscuits today. But they are hard and usually they are so good. 😢

My son went there said 15 minutes wait on chicken was 45 minutes because all works went out for smoke break and he had go in get his food poor serivce

Okay food was fine....it's the damn service and wait time....like wtf is wrong. I'm aorey I've been in line and still am for 30 Mims...thru drive thru. This is just very disappointing

Pulling up threw the drive threw asking about my order and what comes with it ...hearing the workers laugh in the back ground .....getting home the chicken was nasty looked like it was cooked in old grease ....there was brown grease in the bottom of the box ?.......I do not recommend eating at this KFC/ Taco Bell at all.very dis satisfied with service unprofessional by far

They usually have good food but they are kind of slow and gotta be careful they will give you the wrong food time to time i think they have mostly younger people working there

Food almost always takes forever to get to you if you order the taco bell side. They usually only have 1 or 2 people running that side. Today, it was unusually long of a wait. Took over 20 minutes. I'm never ordering from here again.

Chicken was burned to a crisp. Recipe, or chicken itself, changed and leaves a greasy film inside mouth. What once was delicious is now substandard. Will not return.

Stopped in last Saturday waited over 30 minutes for a bucket and sides. There was literally 15+ ccustomers also waiting for their food, five or six cars parked in the side lot, waiting along with people inside. When I finally got home I realized I was missing a breast and they gave me the wrong sides. I called and spoke to Rona and she they said they would replace the whole meal and just to say we spoke to her…. We went in today to get a replaced. whoever helped us seemed upset that we were getting it replaced. They only wanted to give us one breast and the sides we were missing. And they made me pay for the biscuits that are supposed to come with the meal… just got home. Only got 3 sides when the bucket comes with 4. This place needs new management. Something wrong with scheduling and priorities. I appreciate the effort I guess.

Ordered from this location through doordash (this is not a complaint about doordash the bag was sealed so this was not their fault) and received only half of my order (two Mac and cheese) with no spoon no fork no napkins and worst of all no spicy chicken sandwich. I have been driving all day and this is ruined my night sobbing and throwing up
