Food was cold and didnt taste good put most of it in the trash

Terrible experience all together. First the person taking the order did not ask the appropriate questions to take our order. We had to tell them. The order arrived a mess. The cheese sticks were burnt (upsetting the 3 year old); the steak sub consisted of rubbery meat & soggy overcooked break; the Italian sub did not have pepperoni, had burnt cheese & additional toppings that were specifically to be left off.
