Piss poor service waited over 35 minutes for two pot pies get home and only had 1. Called and the girl manager hung up on me when I asked for fresh food when I have to drive back 12 miles, called back and another manager answers and he isn't any better, they had excuse after excuse for my long wait and not having all my food. They didn't even offer a refund! Sad place to get food!

This new "no refunds" policy is anti-customer. The cashier accidentally rang me up for a fry that I didn't ask for. I know I didn't ask for it cause I order the same thing every time I go. Then they acted like they weren't going to refund me for it until I made a stink about it. This is just classic corporate greed. KBP pays their employees next to nothing, gives them barely any hours to survive on, just so they can keep the money all for themselves.

Looked up prices online first. Went to store to pick up just chicken. An 8 piece bucket was $3 more at the store than online. Drive thru responded by saying we don't do online prices in store. That's just wrong!!

Nothing in my order was correct. This place has been declining for quite some time now. I ordered a dozen hard tacos with mild sauce. I got 12 soft tacos with only meat and cheese and a terrible burrito with hot sauce. It took forever for them to get the wrong order to me, just a terrible place.
