I live this place! However, I got online to check hours as I was coming from Chillicothe and online said closed at 9. We arrived at 830pm lights was on inside but not outside again I checked online it said 9pm we park get out and they shut the lights out and wouldn’t serve us. 833pm. Update hours online if they have been changed.

The food was good and cheap and they were pretty quick about getting the food out. The girl was very friendly and patient while I made my choice of what I wanted.

The best footlong hotdogs, milkshakes, etc in Scioto county. This was my momma and I favorite little place to go on our mother and daughter dates. She just passed away in April 2025.. so I had to stop by while I had the chance and grab one our fav foods.. a footlong!! RIH momma 4/19/45 - 4/14/2025.

Me and my husband drive over an hour to go here for the foot longs and shakes!! The owner is a great guy. And Heidi and owner’s girlfriend is the nicest. Go see them they’re awesome with awesome food and the price is great !!
We were going through Portsmouth, and I said, "Let's get Footers." We drove to Second Street Dari Creme and got 2 Footers for $4.50. They were awesome!

This place definitely does not meet the health standards, the only reason I would stop here is for a milk shake which is already not great, don't waste your time head to the malt shop, better staff, better prices, and MUCH better quality food.

Super cute dairy bar. Driving through Portsmouth and wanted an ice cream. Wanted to support a Mom and Pop shop, so hit this place up. They have to have the best prices on milkshakes anywhere in Ohio. A large was $3, I pay almost $6 at Dairy Queen. The shake tasted good, but it was so thick, I had to let it sit and melt for almost 30 minutes. I'm surprised I still didn't get an aneurysm.
