Their wraps and potato soup are really good! Service could use some improvement. Wish the would make taking payment at the table standard practice. It gets really chaotic trying to pay up front with people crowding in to pick up to go orders, while some are just trying to get seated.
Places like this make me proud to be from Ohio! Absolutely love the food! The atmosphere is something that has long been needed in this community. I hope this place is able to remain a staple for generations to come.

I think it may be the younger generation workers. They need training on customer care and how to treat people. Just kind of rude and impersonable. That makes for bad experiences. It's sad to say, but that is most places these days, and it doesn't have to be that way. Kindness goes a long way.
