There is a line of 5 people who have waited nearly an hour because to move because mobile orders are being prioritized over physical customers. Being in business this is a huge NO and I’m pretty sure this would be your standard of customer care but your hardworking baristas are not being properly trained that way.

Starbucks is a welcoming spot where friendly baristas, including Misty, Bri, Zane, Lexi, Brittany, Dylanne, Tessa, Daisha, Olivia, and Sara, make every visit enjoyable. They greet regulars by name and create a warm atmosphere. The coffee shop offers a great taste and value, serving the most coffee at the best price.
