We were comped a free peach cobbler since it was our first time in! Literally everything from the sampler was delicious, meats and sides! Would definitely come back again if we're in the area!“

“I’ve been excitedly waiting for this location to open since I work right down the road. Stopped by for lunch today and ordered my usual- half slab of ribs, fries and green beans. Plus a couple bottles of my favorite sauce of all time, Sweet City. Delicious as always. The ribs seemed even meatier than I’m used to at the other locations I frequent. Lemonade was great too.“

“I went to the Marion location. First time stopping in. I got the Brisket platter and two rib platters. I got them to go. The Brisket had great flavor, it was a little drier than I like my brisket but the flavor was there. The ribs were on point, tender juicy full of flavor. The sides I got were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The baked beans were great smoky flavor and a little bit of sweetness to them. The Mac and cheese perfect with how cheesy it was. Over all great food and friendly staff and you get your moneys worth of food. Keep up the good work“

“The staff in this restaurant is outstanding. We had just walked out of a bad dining experience. I ordered, then my wife ordered a side I missed on the menu. I said to her quietly I wish I had ordered that..she said she would share with me. When I picked up my food, they had added a free second side because they overheard me talking with my wife. They were friendly and kind. We also arrived near closing, so they had every reason to hurry us along, but they didn’t. Great experience. We will be back.“

Drove back because they gave us a brisket portion for a 1-Meat platter when we ordered a 2-meat platter. Manger said he was going to give us extra for the mistake and for us having to drive back to the restaurant, but when we got there he seemed to have forgotten that he said he would give us 2 portions for the mistake. Just make the drive to the Hank’s on US-42 to save the trouble and get the correct portion size.

Manager definitely forgot he said he would give us an extra portion since we had to make the drive back for their mistake.

Mishap happened with my ToGo order and they made it right immediately. Thank you! Great service, great manager“

“First time my wife and have been able to eat here due to road closures. I will have to say that the experience was amazing. The food was top notch. We walked in and was seated immediately our waitress was busy so it took a few minutes to order drinks and appetizer however that was the only wait there was. Our appetizer came out before we realized it and was delicious. When our food arrived it looked amazing and was piping hot. The waitress was on point the entire time. Will definitely be back to eat again!!!“

“We tried Er-Ge for the first time yesterday and honestly had a fantastic experience.

None of us had ever done hot pot before, so we walked in completely clueless. Our waiter, Hu, was awesome. He took the time to explain everything, made recommendations, and even showed us around the buffet area so we knew what we were looking at. He never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the service really made the whole experience. If you’re thinking about trying hot pot but feel intimidated, don’t be. Ask for Hu and he’ll take great care of you.

We sat in the bar area so the bartender was multitasking and didn't miss a beat. Our food was delicious, the free bread was a great added touch and our drinks were never empty.
