So I chose to go to Bob Evans this morning with my mother because this place is my favorite place to get breakfast; however, we waited for about twenty minutes and still no service.
No water, coffee, or anything. Then another couple walked in and were helped immediately. We chose to leave when this happened.
This has never happened to us, and yes, I was upset. We ended up going to Scramblers and was served immediately.
Horrible experience for us from Bob Evans today!

Food looked like it was dropped on the floor, then put back on the plate, didn't look anything like on the menu, horrible presentation, sunny side up eggs were face down , hashbrowns were burnt, not enough servers . But our server Michaela tried very hard to keep us with what we needed.fish was also waaay overcooked.sorry, worst meal ever at Bob Evans, we have been to many of them.

Excellent service and food quality. Server was kind to my young children and you can’t beat the free kids’ meals on Tuesday evenings. Will definitely return to this specific Bob Evans.

Took my wife and grandchild to eat. My 7 tr old grandson ordered piggy pancakes and my wife and I ordered biscuits and gravy/sunshine skillet. We both ordered sides of bacon as well. While waiting We started speaking with a few ladies that were waiting on thier food. All they ordered was coffee and toast. They had waited 40 minutes and had not recieved thier toast and had to ask for coffee refills. Our food came out and my grandsons pancakes were not piggy pancakes, they forgot any syrup or anything for them, just plain pancakes! I didn't recieve my side of bacon and not one time was we offered coffee refills. This was a horrid experience and will not be back. With the reviews we read after arriving this seems to be a constant for this location for some time but yet nothing appears to be being corrected. Avoid this location!!

It took 10 minutes to get our water. 40 mins for our food, at least. The food was good but the service was terrible. So many workers just standing around behind the counter. Get out and help out a server if he is in the weeds. The manager comped $20 but I wasn't hungry by the time the food arrived.
