I’ve never felt so ignored walking into a restaurant to pick up an online order. The staff acted like I didn’t exist. No greeting, no acknowledgment when I walked in. Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location.

Went to get carry out - the food was old, actually look like somebody ate part of it and the restaurant is filthy. What a disappointment. Manager could care less. They really raised their prices. I'm surprised this restaurant in particular is still in business. Basically through a bag of $65 worth of food in the garbage. Never again

Plummeted in quality & taste. I often picked up take away for dinner and occasionally lunch. But went back last week, purchased familys favorites, and was dismayed. The food didn't even look the same. The turkey dinner was thick lunch meat atop dry salty dressing. The Cole slaw tasted of nothing but onion and the serving was 2 tablespoons. Yes, 2 tablespoons. The fried fish was so burnt I couldn't tell.what it was at first. So sad. If u want comfort food, Bob Evans is no longer the answer.

I ordered a carry out today and my salad was made incorrectly so I went inside for them to correct it. Danielle was very professional and apologetic for the wrong salad being sent out. The manager Michaela then offered me a free blueberry bread for the hassle. Both of these young ladies were very nice and it’s good to see great customer service like this.

When we walked in, someone was screaming at the host upset they hadn't been sat yet. We were placed and told someone would be right with us. A server walked past twice and told us they would be right back. 15+ minutes later, after multiple other people came in after us and were seated and had drinks and food, someone came out of the kitchen and took our drink order. Once we were there 40+ minutes, someone finally took our order. Food came out quick and was warm and delicious, but was plated poorly and we did not have anyone offer to refill our drinks once. We put our empty cups at the edge of the table were they could be seen but still did not get an offer. We came for my husband's birthday as Bob Evans is his favorite place, this was a disappointing experience. We won't return to this location. This location seemed to be very understaffed, and most servers seemed to be in training.

The service was very nice and welcoming with all of the 5 children ! The food was delicious! I have a SEC and BEC biscuits !
So I chose to go to Bob Evans this morning with my mother because this place is my favorite place to get breakfast; however, we waited for about twenty minutes and still no service.
No water, coffee, or anything. Then another couple walked in and were helped immediately. We chose to leave when this happened.
This has never happened to us, and yes, I was upset. We ended up going to Scramblers and was served immediately.
Horrible experience for us from Bob Evans today!

Food looked like it was dropped on the floor, then put back on the plate, didn't look anything like on the menu, horrible presentation, sunny side up eggs were face down , hashbrowns were burnt, not enough servers . But our server Michaela tried very hard to keep us with what we needed.fish was also waaay overcooked.sorry, worst meal ever at Bob Evans, we have been to many of them.
