We came in late on a Friday night and sat at the bar. The bartender greeted us immediately and took our order. She was very attentive and the service was impeccable! We ordered and spent over $100 in food and drink and the bottom line is, it just wasn't worth it! VERY DISAPPOINTED! The Ultimate Nachos had no chicken on them that we could see or taste. The combo with 6 regular wings and 6 boneless wings with onion rings was $26.99 🤯 and you can see by the picture, the regular wings were the SMALLEST wings I've ever had and were just barely bigger than the 2oz souffle cup of ranch dressing. We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that had NO lettuce and tomato and a chicken cheese Philly which had nothing in it but chicken and cheese - NO grilled onions and NO grilled peppers. I told my business partner to NEVER let me suggest we go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. This was the last time that I overspend for poorly and incorrectly made entrees, small portions, and overpriced food and drink 🤯 🤬

This location is NOTORIOUS for 1/3rd or 1/2 filled cups of ranch.
I did my food in it twice and it's gone. I decided to give them another chance with an online order and to no ones surprise, another 1/3rd of a cup filled with ranch.
The chain is okay but this location has poor management.

Tiniest wings ever. Been a customer of BWW3 since 1982 when it first opened in Columbus on campus. Been defending it against the haters for several years because we like the taste cooked in beef tallow and loved the sauces. Though why they stopped hot bbq we will never know. ( the mix they make up now is NOT the same) . Or the buffalo chips with cheese. Or the original pizza pockets. Or the Coca-Cola. But my husband called yesterday’s wings “chicken crackings”. Mostly tiny fried skins. We are done sadly.

I love love love my wings, especially their endless list of amazing sauces and different spice levels. Pair that with potato wedges or tots and I'm in heaven!!
If you're not feeling chicken, then B-Dubs REALLY stepped up their game with their burgers! Great crust on the smash burger, thick cut bacon and fresh toppings on a soft buns.. just YES!!!
They also have fried chicken sandwich with tangy slaw, or wraps if you want a little light option as well!

I have never had such small wings anywhere EVER!!!! They should really let the chicks grow to chickens before they cut them up!!!! I wont be back!!!! Go to Wing Snobs!!!!!

Took 45 minutes to get my check and the lady ignored us when we called her name multiple times. Food was great, but the service was terrible, especially when she finally heard us and said she forgot about our order. Absolutely unacceptable if this is your job.

Worst service I have ever experienced as a humanbeing. Their pick up is a joke, there is no structure what so ever. Was told 20 mins to wait. Mind you put this order in 6 hours before. Mean while ppl that put in the order 2 hours prior are grabbing their food...... 35 mins later they still say nothing. 40 mins in they tell me the system is down. Legitimately never go to this location. They need to fail.

Ordered for pickup and waited an hour for food and didn’t even receive full order. Not the first time it’s happened either. Every time I’ve tried to give another chance I’ve been disappointed. Will not return to this location.

Me and the family have ordered pick-up several times from here, not once has it been on time. This last and final time it was over a hour that we had to wait for a pickup order. Called in as my finance waited that hour and the manager was rude and unprofessional,. Told him this is everytime we order and he says hard to believe that. Well buddy you don't have to worry cause we will never give this place any more business.
