Hit or miss here. Too many orders get messed up to give this location a top notch rating. Seems like there is little attention to detail placed on ordered items. They get it right sometimes though so not a complete one star rating

Long story short: Do NOT go here.
Waited 20ish minutes after being seated to get our drinks. (I would like to stress that half the restaurant was empty) They messed up our drinks. We finally got our food after some time and my sandwich was missing stuff and my partner's wings were cold. I asked for the missing toppings immediately and I was brought the wrong toppings. My partner had to go up to the front to ask for the correct toppings and that's when they finally brought us silverware. At least checkout was swift. 🙄 Paid $50 for the worst service and most mid food of my life.

I went in there tonight for Veterans Day special. Horrible greeting. Food was packaged to go. Horrible packaging and very bad attitude

Seat yourself does not work. the waitress covering our booth must have been on break?? the booth next to us waited 20 plus minutes to get their check. 2 other servers working the other side of the room, seated and started serving 3 tables that came in after us. I went to the register and asked if anyone was covering our booth, she said i dont know, ill find out. another 5 minutes and someone came by and said someone will be with you shortly. We got drinks and waited and after someone else took our order our regular waitress showed up. we had been there close to 20 minutes before anyone came to the table, we both ordered wings, My wifes were cold, mine were over cooked and stringy tough like in an asian buffet. The place was not crazy busy when we came in. Seems I remember the same issue with service last time we were there, it was mid afternoon not busy and took forever to get served. The numbers on the menu continue to escalate yet the mediocre food and poor service just dont jive with each other. Maybe all th attention goes to the bar sitting folks.

Ordered take out, scheduled pickup was 6:00 PM, they weren’t overly busy but when I arrived at 6:00 they told me 15 minutes, but I didn’t get my food until after 6:30. I originally placed the order which was only wings and fries at 5:30.
Walked in, took a seat at the bar area and sat there not one employee came up to me and asked if I ordered or need anything, even the front desk hostess that does the takeout orders just looked away as soon as I walked in like damn bunch of rude people and they weren't even busy, just plan rude people and this business has been going down hill, I will not be returning to this location ever

The service has gone down. They don't have enough staff to handle their business. Additionally, multiple tables not bussed. Six table not bussed, dirty (looking around) and another four table empty but not seating due to short staffing.
I'm sure they can improve.
