This McDonald’s is better than most locations and generally faster, which helps. That said, order accuracy still isn’t perfect every visit. When they get it right, it’s exactly what you expect and hits the spot. Just wish consistency matched the improved service.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun no nothing just meat and cheese. Checked the bag before we drove away and got a bun with just cheese on it no meat or anything else went back to the drive-through management and personal hanging out. Food were rude. Acting like it was our fault. This is the people wanting extra money. What a joke.

We met a friend there. He got his food and was eating before we had finished putting in our order. Then a lady yelled into the lobby that everyone's food was going to have to be too go because the lobby was closing in 6 minutes and if anyone was eating, they'd have to take their food with them. She was very rude when handing us our food and said it was made to go for us, but didn't bother filling the soft drinks to go for us or providing a drink carrier. I understand that the lobby closes at a certain time, but I have never had someone be so rude at a McDonald's before. They've locked the doors so no new customers could come in, but allowed us to finish our food. I wouldn't have minded if she's asked if it could be too go or at least just come to us and told us she couldn't do table service because the lobby was closing. Our even if she'd just provided a drink carrier.

They made their food cheaper and sacrificed quality. I got the cheeseburger meal for my granddaughter and the meat was so thin you couldn't taste it. Another time I received lukewarm fries. I asked for hot and they quickly got me hot fries and that is why they got 4 stars on service instead of 3. The Powell Ohio location is a disappointment.

Coffee not made had to wait 5min for ONLY coffee… make your coffee and stop making customers wait! Coffee should be made all the time.
Drinks are always great. The customer service was average. The buns on all of our sandwiches (5) were hard and stale. Fries were good though.

I’m a local and have been a regular at the Attucks location, but breakfast service is consistently unreliable. While I understand mistakes happen, the frequency and type of errors made is far above what feels acceptable. Orders are often wrong or missing items, and on my last visit a full third of my order never made it into the bag. This happened despite no line and ordering through the app. I’ll keep enjoying McDonald’s, but will now be going out of my way to visit other locations where accuracy is better and will be advising others to do the same. I don't want an apology or compensation, as the lack of my business moving forward, paired with this review will suffice.

Ok on our way back from the zoo for the last time. We stopped at McDonalds to get a cheese burger to hold us over til supper. Orded 2 cheese bergers plain. At a 1.99 each $3.98 right the boyat window 1 told me $4.00. Got my recite he put 2 cents dodation. Didnt ask me he just did it ok 2 cents is not the problem the fact is heee diidnt ask if i like too round up too 4.oo then at window 2 the young boy was nice but the lady who gave me my 2 cents acke like why are you complaing bout 2 cents next time shee will hear the best i mean the worse of me ask me before you round up THE COLUMBUS ZOO HASS A PRUBLEM WHN YOU TELL THEM NO

Cash register crashed (they only had one register for dine in. Ended up having to order on my app then It took me 3 different times to get all and the correct food.
