My mom, daughter, and I went to this location yesterday and had THE best experience! It was all due to Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful Panera employee!!! He greeted us with a smile and happy welcome. He took our order and suggested options as we placed it. He brought our bag-o-bagels over to us as we waited for our other food. Of course, he did so with his signature smile and friendliness. We left there with such positive attitudes because he made our experience so wonderful. We hope that he and his bosses see this review. He deserves to know how much we appreciated him, as we made sure to repeatedly tell him in person, as well. :)

Don't come here. They'll spend half an hour making a single order without communication with the customer whatsoever. I'm a DD driver that tried to communicate about an order with them 3 times and was ignored. There was no one else in the store for the first 15 minutes I was there. As a fast food worker in the past, I know the work is hard and demanding, but these crew members are genuinely and truly lazy and slow.

So wrong of management to put that new girl on the register all by herself on a Saturday... No assistance, everyone walked right by her offering no help and seeing a growing line. I offered her some register help (as a customer) being a former Panera employee. The assistant manager even took the time to come up and berate her in front of my while taking my order...

Run girl run!!

I have been at this location so many times . They never have bagels. Always out of bread bowls I am so over this. Someone needs to either stock this store or shut it down. Giant Eagle is the only place where you can count on to have fresh made bagels.

We had a very warm and comfortable visit—big thanks to the wonderful evening staff. Whether we are stopping in for a quick coffee or sitting down with reading, we always leave satisfied.Your team makes a difference, and we appreciate the effort that goes into creating such a warm and reliable place to eat. Thank you again!

Customers don't seem to know it's better to go inside and order food which is made fresh to order. So stop clogging up the drive lane... Drive thru is for drinks!!

Doesn’t matter the time of day you are always out of something. Such a joke, every single time we order something. Surprised you are still in operation.

Crappy service. Kids making their own hours and not following posted hours of service.

Old, cold coffee every single time. Why bother to put the cardboard sleeve on the cups when the coffee is cold? Make less more often instead of filling it up and letting it sit for too long. Tired of having to go to McD's for hot coffee after getting coffee at Panera. Huge process improvements are needed.

We got coffee carryout. Doesn’t sound like much, but it was great coffee and we were on the go, on a vacation trip.

Don’t get their grilled cheese, has been burnt and bad for the past 4 times I’ve ordered, tried to give it more chances, very dissatisfied.

This place is a mess. It’s run by a bunch of teenagers who were loudly cursing and complaining about customers in the back the whole time. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, they tried to tell me that I "placed my order wrong".
The tables were gross and hadn’t been cleaned, even though there were only a few people in the restaurant and it was super slow.
On top of that, the cashier charged the guy in front of me for 18 bagels when he only ordered a half dozen. It took her 10 minutes and A LOT of reminders of what he ordered to sort out the refund.
Honestly, it seems like a fantastic place to work if you’re a teenager who was forced to get a job, but as a customer? Definitely not worth it.

Why, after more than 6 months of terrible reviews, is this location allowed to remain open? We tried again hoping the fact it was open meant it had improved … no luck … it was worse on every aspect of the experience. I completed the corporate survey … is anyone paying attention?

I genuinely don't know how this location remains open. Every two years I try them again and it's the same story - slow service, wrong order, bad food (this location specifically, not Panera as a whole). I'll just let the picture from today's breakfast (which by the way is not what I had ordered) speak for itself while I go clean up the soda that spilled down the inside of my car door/seat because there was so much liquid on top of the lid as they handed it down from the window without an apology or extra napkin.
