Not bad for a chain restaurant. A little on the pricy side.

Fun fact about this place. If you order and get it delivered, and they are missing any ingredients, you just wont get it. Ordered a chipotle avo melt and a fiesta chicken sandwich. What came was only one of the sandwiches which consisted of 2 pieces of bread with nothing but a couple pieces of chicken on it. Nothing else. Last time we ordered a grilled cheese, it was to pieces of uncooked bread and a cold piece of cheese in between. They honestly have given up. Done with them.

Waited in the drive thru line at least 10 minutes, pull up to the speaker and they said it's only open for online orders. There should be signage if the drive thru policy changed.

I usually go to this one every other week. When I work up that way. But lately, it's been not good. I got a tuna fish sandwich which used to be a good sandwich. Now it's just lettuce and tomato and maybe a tiny tablespoon of tuna fish. I can't believe I spent all that money for me. And a friend and I was kind of embarrassed that that's all we had won't be going there. Anymore, I see why you guys have a 2.9.

Yesterday at 5:40ish, I went through the drive through and can hear the employee in the background training the new girl on the drive through speaker. Which meant I heard his demeaning comments towards me when I asked her simple questions. I asked what sides came with my meal. He told the girl who told me. I asked what fruit came in the fruit cup and I could hear him in the background say “oh my god are you seriously asking that? Tell them it’s just assorted fruit.”
So, I ordered the chips because I was not told what fruit was in the cup and I have allergies. When I ordered the chips, I heard the male in the background yell out again. “Then why the hell would you ask what’s in the fruit cup if you aren’t going to get it??”
Terrible service at this location as always. Never thought to leave a review until now.
Slow service. Rude employees. My order is wrong about half the time. I feel like a burden ordering simple things when going to this location. Very disappointed.

My mom, daughter, and I went to this location yesterday and had THE best experience! It was all due to Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful Panera employee!!! He greeted us with a smile and happy welcome. He took our order and suggested options as we placed it. He brought our bag-o-bagels over to us as we waited for our other food. Of course, he did so with his signature smile and friendliness. We left there with such positive attitudes because he made our experience so wonderful. We hope that he and his bosses see this review. He deserves to know how much we appreciated him, as we made sure to repeatedly tell him in person, as well. :)

Don't come here. They'll spend half an hour making a single order without communication with the customer whatsoever. I'm a DD driver that tried to communicate about an order with them 3 times and was ignored. There was no one else in the store for the first 15 minutes I was there. As a fast food worker in the past, I know the work is hard and demanding, but these crew members are genuinely and truly lazy and slow.

So wrong of management to put that new girl on the register all by herself on a Saturday... No assistance, everyone walked right by her offering no help and seeing a growing line. I offered her some register help (as a customer) being a former Panera employee. The assistant manager even took the time to come up and berate her in front of my while taking my order...
