Sandwich was absolutely gross, I go to Penn station often and never have had a sandwich taste like dirty nasty flat top. Appaling.

Listen, I have been a nurse through COVID. Over the last 5 years I’ve watched healthcare and everything else crumble due to staffing and work performance…. You know, integrity. When I got home from picking up our order I told my husband I was refreshed for the next generation! Rachel and Carson (I believe 🤞🏻) were the only 2 working while DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers sat silently stalking them. After 5 years of life, I braced for the worst, but was so impressed with these 2…. Grinding! Overwhelmed with orders? Nope, smile and work….. together! I told them as a former nurse manager if all my staff could work together like that, I’d probably still be one! Honestly, plan to call hopefully a manager at some point to share! Left that much of a refreshing impact on me!

The manager was rude and unprofessional I asked him for his name and he refused to tell me so and also I asked him for the corporate information and he also refused to provide it definitely not coming back to this location

The emotes are always friendly, go out of thier way to make sure the order is correct. I get the chicken Philly it's always seasoned and taste great. My favorite sub restrant they have the best buns

I like this place

I love this fast food, but I thought the potatoes were a little oversalted, there were no complaints about the staff, especially the textured chef under 2 meters tall, everything was cool.

Fresh made subs to order. Good options.... don't forget the fries!

I love this location, the gentlemen with snake bite lip piercings was so incredibly kind and fun and just made our day! I spilled some French fries in the parking lot and asked for the broom to clean it up and he was so insistent that he would gladly do it himself. Just a lovely experience, thank you kind sir!
