“My husband and I frequent this place, but today was extra special. We went there today to take advantage of the BOGO special for Mother's Day and by the time we got there, it was sold out. The owner Jen Crichfield came out and spoke to us to explain how busy they were today and how quickly that they sold out of the special BOGO containers. We totally understood and was about to leave. She then made conversation with us asking us what our favorite flavors were and asked would we would be open to letting her give us a few different samples to taste. We agreed and tasted flavors that we probably would have never tried. We then stood there and spoke to one another for a while. It was pleasureable. She spoke about how nice we were and we said the same to her. Good customer service and simply being nice goes a long way in todays world and definitely appreciated.
