If I could put zero stars I would, I stopped by in the morning and when I say these were the worst Starbucks partners I have have ever dealt with that would be an understatement. They are all so rude and more worried about gossiping than doing their job. Starbucks needs to step in and discipline its partners or start firing them because their professionalism and basic human respect is terrible! If I see the same partners still working that morning crew then I will not be back! And to the partner they were all talking bad about in front of customers, I sure hope you leave get a better job around some at least have decent human beings unlike your current coworkers!

My drinks may always be inconsistent and taste differently, but I’ve got accustomed to that. I’m writing this review because ten times out of ten, if Dylan is working he is so friendly + kind. I have been told, by former Starbucks employees, if you’re working the window you’re told you should talk to the customer to distract them from their drink taking a little long, but Dylan has been consistently the only barista who does that at this location. Whether he means it or not, he always seems genuine and I am always grateful. Someone give Dylan a bonus or something— I know customer service is a hard industry so being kind in it goes a long way.

As a food service working for many years, I always give food and drink places the benefit of the doubt because I understand what they go through majority of the time, however, this place has been going downhill. I used to frequent this location starting a couple years ago and everyone used to be so friendly, bubbly, happy to help and genuinely cared about their service, but the past few times i've gone here I've dealt with some very rude and intimidating employees and they continue to mess up my order every time, even when placed online with specific instructions (for example, i asked for no ice and ice was given in drink). Employees are careless and as I walked in to get drink, all employees were standing there just staring with a nasty expression in their face. I love starbucks but this location needs a turn around

I don’t have enough words to express how amazing Elizabeth is. Her customer service is always a 10 out of 10. She has old school customer service skills that is not seen anymore. I specifically come to this Starbucks because of her. Starbucks and customers are lucky to have her and such a wonderful staff at Powell. My coffee is always made to perfection at this location.
Really slow service. Completely focused on drive thru. No attention for walk-in customers. No bathrooms.

Every time I come here my coffee is made differently. Sometimes they forget to put stuff in and they are too busy to ask for a remake. They also just changed their ice which melts much faster and waters down the drink. The other locations did not do a major change to their ice. I hate coming here but I have to since there are no other close options for one except past 270
