Good food but way too much tom-foolery behind the counter among staff… Loud talking, irreverent behavior… Great to have positive relations among staff members, but it can go too far and detract from the overall experience…
Treat your customers with a nicer attitude! I accidentally took the wrong bagel this morning (since at the time I was the only one waiting for one I figured it was mine) and the lady completely scolded me when I returned it, telling me I needed to listen! She called out a bagel and cream cheese... which is what I had ordered... completely rude!
Just went to the DMV and Tim Horton's, guess which one was more friendly, made less mistakes and was easier to get in and out of. � Powell DMV>Powell Tim Hortons lol

The Boston creams and blueberry muffins are always fresh and tasty. The cozy ambiance is inviting, but the staff could be friendlier. However, there seems to be excessive loud behavior amongst the staff, which can detract from the overall dining experience.
