They had limited staff on Saturday and had to close early. I submitted a web order and learned when I arrived at the store I learned they were closing. They were very professional about the situation and made sure I received a refund. Thank you for taking care of me.
I’ve managed several jimmy Johns locations, so I’m going to have some pretty specific critiques for you guys. Your PM shift would fail the corporate visit 4/5 times.Sandwich accuracy needs work. You’re supposed to get the mayo edge to edge so there’s no dry bites. There’s specifically big dry chunks every time I order a sandwich. The photo attached is a very large area with no mayo on it when I ordered EXTRA mayo. The extra mayo servings aren’t the appropriate amount...read full review
