This is the second time I've ordered a pizza for delivery from this location where just a couple of minutes after I place the order on their app I get a phone call requesting a tip. First of all, if I wanted to add a tip I would have. How dare they call me knowing I declined to add a tip. I explained they are already charging me $4.50 for delivery and I live about 1/4 mile away from the store. If they want me to tip the driver, don't charge me a delivery fee. This location is hit or miss. If you order at lunch time, you usually have a good chance of the pizza being made well. If you order any other time, you might get a good pizza or you might get something that’s barely cooked enough while the breadsticks are burnt.

Shout out to the NICEST young man named Andrew, who provided exactly the kind of customer service of which Jane would be proud! It's so hard to find anymore, but he had the biggest smile and was so helpful - truly representing the neighborhood pizzeria.
