I recently “re-discovered” Subway, but based on the experiences I think I’m going to “forget” about it again. If we walk in the service is slow, staff doesn’t seem to be well trained. If I order on the app the food isn’t ready when they said it would be. One of the worst Subways. They don't take coupons or do any of the promotions. Staff isn't friendly. I've watched them go from making a sub, to cashing someone out, back to making a sub with the same gloves. They will mostly ignore you. Online orders are never ready on time. Especially delivery orders.

Unfortunately I think in most all fast food restaurants you get an experience that is directly related to who is working at the time of your order.
