UPDATE: SPOLIER, WORKERS TOUCH THE FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS...!!!
I was in there earlier today ordering some sandwiches for friends and I mentioned to the worker that a while back that the workers there used to think that they can touch food with their bare hands, humorously... Because I asked her if the cook wears gloves...
She informed me when the food was ready that she did have the cook wear gloves for me but so I know they do not have to. I said the state law does require that and she responded no we can touch food with our bare hands as long as we wash our hands every 30 minutes... I was dumbfounded and realized I was not going to get anywhere again. So I left and I informed my friends that ordered the food from there of this situation and they were grossed out so might have just lost three more customers due to this not being fixed over years of complaint.
I think it's about time that whoever is running this dairy Queen gets in trouble because nothing has been fixed and this is not the first or second time.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the Tri-State! The food is fresh, quick and delicious. They are very consistent and every order is up to standards.

Wasn’t such a bad place to go 8-10years ago but now, you’re better off going to the Huntington one. How does an ice cream place’s not have chocolate ice cream! JUST ADD CHOCOLATE SYRUP. They also had a major incident with roaches 3-4years ago that has quite frankly kept me from here since. With that said, I called 4 days ago asking if they had their new s’mores blizzard and they said “yes we do”. I went in about 2 days later (yesterday) and the lady said they don’t start until next month. Best part about this? We then went to Huntington DQ about 5 min across the bridge… they indeed had the s'mores blizzard. This DQ specifically has to be by far the worst I’ve ever been to. 0/10 JUST GO TO HUNTINGTON.

Rude!! All of the employees are rude.

Very clean. I ordered on mobile app. Somehow my order did not get placed. Just one of those things that happen. The staff and manager were so very nice and apologetic.

This location is nice and has lots of room inside to diine in. It's clean. Free refills on soda at the self-serve machine. The workers are nice but....., I asked for the cake to say "FAMILY ♡" in sky blue icing. Look at the photo and tell me someone truly thought that's what anyone would want written on a cake, lol. This could be a meme it's so silly!

Recommended dishes: Ice Cream Cake

We do drive thru. We bought 2 small vanilla cones because my wife likes their ice cream. Historically, a small cone rose a 2-3 inches above the edge of the cone. The latest, and perhaps the last purchase, the ice cream was nearly even with the edge of the cone. We made the comment “shrinkflation”? To the girl at the window.
Resturauns should weigh food to ensure customers get what they pay for. But it looks like Dairy Queen isnt concerned.

This was my first time here and I really liked the manager and the cashier. Very pleasant And the food was good The place was also very clean. In rundown fast food joints It is easy to be concerned about the hygiene or the food prep. Not this Dairy Queen. I will be back Steve

This bout the slowest Dairy Queen in the world. Probably the solar system too honestly.

Went to location today to order a banana split for the kids and told couldn't have one because bananas not ripe. Wouldn't you just send someone to the store to get some bananas that are ready? Just seemed very weird.
