The food isn’t the issue at this location it’s the wait times but mostly it’s the customer service experience that needs a lot of attention. Always leaving ordered items out of the bag or even accidentally given wrong order completely.
We stop by on Fri Sat & Sundays to get an elderly friend biscuits and gravy. She's fussing over the half empty cups of gravy. Please fill the cups so I don't have to hear her.
Usually this MickeyD's location is pretty good overall. However this drive thru visit I was given the wrong order and the wait time in the drive thru was 22 minutes. Drove all the way home ready to eat on some greasy salty McDonald's only to realize we bought someone else's order. This location continues to hire young kids and this is why the service their has gone downhill more than likely.
