The Proctorville Pizza Hut let me down.The food wasn't ready well after the order was placed. Unprofessional conduct when cussing to her employee about me.
She also said a credit of $15 would be placed on our account because the food wasn't ready, and we have received nothing.

I love pizza hut but refuse to try and call my local pizza hut only to be routed to a foreign country and speak to someone I can't understand. I will never order from a call center. If I can't speak to the people making my food I will spend my money somewhere else.

me and my mom called in to order a pick up today and the manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful and literally over talked and yelled at my mom and continued to do so until my mom finally just hung up on her. we ended up not even ordering anything.

Last night my pizza was very good, I ordered via the app and it was ready to pick up in about twenty minutes. Pizza was made well and tasted great, garlic cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks well seasoned and tasty.
If you want Pizza Hut on this general area, this is the one to go to! Much better than the Huntington store.

They were literally making the food without gloves- grabbing handfuls of toppings with their bare hands even under manager supervision. Disgusting. Always slow too. If I’m paying full price for food, I’d expect the quality to at least be decent but it’s below that at this location. Buyer beware

Food wasn’t ready until about 30 minutes past their estimate time. When it was ready they put it somewhere and asked me again what my name was(after already asking 10 times). Then had to wait for them to get it from wherever they put it. It’s just poorly operated.

Food was disgusting and my order was not right. Staff was very rude when called to get it fixed. Wrong type of crust, forgotten drink, and no garlic on my breadsticks. Used to enjoy Pizza Hut but it seems to have gone down hill

Ordered a pizza and it doesn’t give a option online for a side of banana peppers so when I picked up the pizza I asked for a side of BP well they charged me $1.50 which was fine but they gave me the smallest cup of BP’s didn’t even have enough for the whole pizza. The other Pizza Hut in Barboursville has always gave the side of BP’s in a bag and you definitely get enough for the whole pizza and have never charged me. But to pay a $1.50 for a tiny cup is ridiculous. The pizza was great but was very disappointed for having to pay for BP’s in a tiny cup. Definitely order from the Barboursville Hut as they’re 100x’s better and won’t rip you off on BP’s
